Okay,
This is the situation today :

Fitness , your "bestfriend"....



Going to the gym can be a nightmare ! Male or Female , I don't care. You've all hated fitness at some stage of your life. I hated fitness until my "muffin top" started expanding to my waist , thighs & buttocks.
Now this can become a serious problem for the female creature. When this happens , it's bye-bye Kim Kardashian Pencil skirt & matching crop top.

But...
do not despair. Let's turn this situation into a creation.
I'm a netball player & it's very important for me tot keep fit & tone my body. Of course I don't do extreme exercises , just a simple fitness program & lots of disciplines is required.

I follow abguide on instagram & they have these amazing workouts that you can do especially when you want to get rid of that muffin top :




Like I said I'm curvy & being curvy means you got junk in your trunk ! To maintain my "junk" , I do this amazing squad workouts given by Squad guide. I follow them on instagram as well.




Okay , so your thinking of getting in to shape, that's awesome but wait ! Hold up!  You can't look rachet while doing it. You gotta' represent darling , MyGosh!
You have to look good darling while working on looking good ( if that makes sense).

Must haves:

1. Good Bra support
2. Yoga Pants/Tights
3. Lovely Loose top




You see ,
Going to the gym has double results. You look fashionable while keeping fit.
